Much News–Wow

As of my last entry, I have found a home for my fairy tales book as well as another I wrote under a different pen name. I am hard at work on new ideas as well as taking a few college classes. The end of this year and into the next looks to be both busy and exciting!

Resubmission Update, Part Two

As of today, I have resubmitted my book of fairy tales. I am hoping the publisher likes them enough to buy them. I have been in the process of working on the second book of fairy tales an to be honest, to know that the first ones will have a home will give me the motivation to finish the second set. 🙂

Title No Longer Available, Part II

As you will notice, there are two more books that have been removed from the sidebar. Again, I will be polishing these up and submitting them to other publishers. 🙂

Once again, wish me luck!

I’m Really Bad At This, Aren’t I?

I would have to say that is affirmative.

As I said in my previous post, I have had a lot of heavy things happening in my real life and I haven’t really been able to get back here as often as I once did nor as often as I like. The good are far outweighing the bad at the moment, so that is something I am really grateful for.

My book Faraway was released yesterday (you can pick up a copy by clicking the cover over there in the sidebar)! It is a short collection of fairy tale retellings. I had a lot of fun writing them and have a second volume in the works. At present, I am going through some of my favorite tales and deciding which ones I would like to tackle for the next installment. I am also still hard at work on the book written with my boyfriend as inspiration. I am about two-thirds finished with it and have been making great strides over the last few days. I am working hard to get the first draft completed in the next few weeks and have set the end of next month as the time when I will get it submitted somewhere.

That seems to be everything at the moment. Again, as always, thank you to those of you who have been purchasing my books and i sincerely hope you enjoy them as much as I do writing them.

Long, Long, Long Time

No see…

I apologize for that. Life has taken some heavy twists and turns and I am rolling with the punches.

My book Voyeur came out on April 27th and to date it is my best selling. I’m quite proud of that as it was one of my favorite books to write. At present, my first anthology of fairy tales is awaiting publication. Be on the lookout for that one on June 22nd. I am also hard at work on a book for my new boyfriend. I am jumping genres and also pen names for that one. I am rather proud of what I have so far and I look forward to getting that one complete before my life gets way too hectic with him. 🙂

I hope any of you who pass through are enjoying my books and thank you so much for purchasing them.

New Contract!

After two previous tries, I have finally sold book one of my fairy tales! I am beyond excited to finally have found a home for my babies.

In other news, the release date for Voyeur has been pushed back due to editor changes. The new release date is April 27th. I am still anxious to get this one out there for you wonderful folks to enjoy.

Today is going to be a good day!

Release Date News

Well, well, well… here I am once again after a long absence. I really should keep up with this thing, but increasingly I am finding that I don’t have much to say. I don’t have insightful things to post, nor am I big enough to do any sort of contests.I’ve just been keeping myself busy with writing.

I’ve finally finished editing my first book of fairy tale retellings and have submitted them. I’m hoping for good things with these and as I am beginning work on my series, serious work, I am already gathering ideas for another book. I like fairy tales. I like writing about magic and all that. I like writing impossible situations that my characters get out of. True love always comes out on top, that sort of thing.

Okay, back to the title of this post. I have some release date news for you folks. Welcome Home will be available for pre-order through Total-E-Bound on December 10th (I believe) and December 24th and will actually be available on January 26th, 2013. Fractured Heart is available for pre-order now and will be released December 16th as part of Silver Publishing’s Let It Snow Advent Calendar. And Voyeur will be released March 9th, 2013. Now, that last date may change and of course, I will update here to let you folks know. So, be on the lookout for those.

Until next time…
